CNC series Automatic Screen Printing Machine is a high-performance screen printing machine specially developed for various container products such as plastic bottles and glass bottles. The machine adopts a central turntable structure, and the feeding end and unloading end are arranged around the central turntable, which is easy to operate and runs smoothly and efficiently.

         After the operator discharges the bottle into the feeding conveyor belt, the feeding manipulator clamps the bottle into the tooling of the turntable workbench, and the CCD camera captures images of the bottom and body of the bottle, and controls the servo motor for precise positioning, followed by pre-press processing (Static removal or flame treatment), silk screen printing, UVLED curing, after three-color printing is completed, it is picked up by the unloading robot and placed on the unloading conveyor belt.

 

       The main frame of the machine is welded with high-quality steel plates, and the parts are processed by high-precision machine tools.
