3) Bronzing on non-planar products.
In order to increase the difficulty of imitation, many plastic products or resin products avoid using flat structures, and use spherical or smooth curved special-shaped surfaces. If you want to perform hot stamping on such products, in addition to making rigid support fixtures, the production and product shape A highly consistent silicone mold becomes extremely important. Due to the shrinkage of injection molding products, there may be obvious size differences between the design draft provided by the user and the actual product. To complete exquisite bronzing, it is necessary to make a very complicated silicone mold, and make fine adjustments based on the actual size of the product and the deformation rules of the design draft. The adjustment on non-planar products has stricter requirements on the pressure and balance, and the use of metal plates should be avoided.
4) Embossed embossing
Embossing embossing is an excellent representative of the paper foil stamping process, which requires embossed stamping patterns on the paper. The most obvious feature of concave-convex embossing is the use of two upper and lower sub-molds that are opposite to each other. The upper mold is a concave copper plate mold, and the lower mold is a graphic resin mold. During the embossing process, the concave die and the convex die press the paper tightly, and the embossed hot stamping pattern will be formed on the contact part of the hot stamping paper and the concave die.

4.Rigidity

5.Thickness
Usually,silicon rubber plate consists of aluminum backing and silicon rubber layer,which are fixed together through a layer of metal-nonmetal adhesive.Thicker the aluminum backing,more even the rigidity of the silicon rubber plate/roller.The less thicker aluminum backing means flexibility,which means to readily setup the silicon rubber plate/roller's position for the operator.

Embossed hot stamping is a more difficult process in the hot stamping process. In order to withstand high pressure, the hot plate and workbench of the hot stamping machine are forged with high-strength bearing steel. Embossed hot stamping also requires the precise cooperation of the upper and lower molds. The upper mold is generally processed by a copper plate precision CNC engraving machine, and the lower mold is made of a resin plate. The copper mold and the resin mold are two matching parts of a template, which requires high Precision.
The hot stamping machine used in relief hot stamping can be an electric hot stamping machine, a hydraulic hot stamping machine or a high-pressure pneumatic hot stamping machine.
The transfer process of hot stamping paper in contact with the product under the action of heat and pressure is hot stamping. Therefore, when we consider the hot stamping process of flat products, we must understand that contact, pressure, and temperature are the three elements to complete hot stamping. We must avoid any contact between those positions that do not need hot stamping and hot stamping paper.
